Letting Only Service Fee: First month’s rent inc VAT
Gold Service: 12% INC VAT
Silver Service: 10% INC VAT
Bronze Service: 8% INC VAT
Charges once a tenant has been found
Tenancy Set-Up Fee: £530 to include:
Marketing: £180
Referencing: £100
Tenancy Agreement: £200
Deposit registration: £50
Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: Minimum fee £210 dependent on size of property
Additional Fees
- Referencing: £50 per additional reference
- Gas Safety Certificate: £125
- Energy Performance Certificate: £150
- Electrical Installation Condition Report: £260
- Chimney Sweep Certificate: £120
- Obtaining quotes and arranging of works: £30 maximum will be added per job
- Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: £210
- Check Out Report: £120
- Issuing Rent Increase notice: £25 per notice - £50 Tenant Find & Bronze service
- Additional Legal Notices: £75
- Administration of NRL tax returns: £40 per annum
- Tenancy Renewal Fee: £132
- Deposit Resolution: £250
- Inspections: £75
- Attending Court following a legal notice: £300
- Completing solicitor paperwork: £50
- Hourly rate for other work: £40 per hour
- Management takeover: £440 plus £60 initial site visit & safety check
