• Deposit Registration - £34    
• Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: Minimum fee £180 dependent on size of property

Additional Fees

• Referencing: £48 per additional reference
• Gas Safety Certificate: £125
• Energy Performance Certificate: £120
• Electrical Installation Condition Report: £240
• Obtaining quotes and arranging of works: £30 maximum will be added per job
• Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: Minimum fee £180. Cost subject to size of property
• Check Out Report: £90
• Issuing Rent Increase notice: £20 per notice
• Issuing Section 8/21 notice: £180
• Additional Legal Notices: £50
• Administration of NRL tax returns: £40 per annum 
• Tenancy Renewal Fee: £118.80
• Deposit Resolution: £100
• Inspections: £48
• Attending Court following a legal notice: £200
• Hourly rate for other work: £40 per hour
