  • Gas Safety Certificate: £125

  • Electrical Installation Condition Report: £260
  • Chimney Sweep Certificate: £120
  • Obtaining quotes and arranging of works: £30 maximum will be added per job
  • Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: £210
  • Check Out Report: £120
  • Issuing Rent Increase notice: £25 per notice - £50 Tenant Find Bronze service
  • Arranging via solicitors’ eviction notices: £250
  • Additional Legal Notices: £75
  • Administration of NRL tax returns: £40 per annum

  • Attending Court following a legal notice: £300
  • Completing solicitor paperwork: £100 per request
  • Hourly rate for other work: £40 per hour quote given at time of request
  • Management takeover: £440 plus £60 initial site visit & safety check
