A friendly efficient estate agent in the heart of Derbyshire! Smartmove are my go-to estate agent above all others. I've bought and sold eight times through them over the past 12 years and they never dissappoint. I never have to ask them for an update, they always update me first whenever anything changes or to keep me appraised of progress. Dave, Nicola and all the staff work hard to secure the sale of the property. Well worth the money and it's good to know it's a family run affair rather than a large corporate. 4 years ago I bought my first home through Smartmove and yesterday I completed the sale through them as well. All of the people remembered either myself, but certainly the property from when I purchased and the selling process was very smooth from start to finish. As soon as the property went to market they rang through a waiting list and secured a viewing - my eventual buyer - within a couple of hours. The conveyancing firm they recommended - Taylor Rose - were also superb and will continue to use moving forward. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

They were the most proactive in justifying their valuation and tactics, they were communicative throughout and seemed to manage the process and us well. We used Smartmove to sell our property, they were quick, knowledgeable and professional. Within a day we had viewings booked and sold in 5 days. We then had issues with further up the chain so we pulled out and put back on the market and sold again in 2 days. The team have been on it to ensure nothing went wrong again and doing all they can and kept me in the loop throughout, especially Imogen, she is an asset to the Smartmove team and amazing at her job!
